Job summary

6sense in the United States seeks a hands-on Senior MLOps Engineer for the Forward Deployed Engineering team. You will own model training and refresh workflows, APIs, orchestration, data pipelines, production monitoring, and customer-facing dashboards.

You’ll partner with the India-based MLOps team to ship production-ready solutions to customers in days, not weeks. We value strong Python/SQL, Kubernetes, and cloud experience, plus the ability to balance usability, reliability, and long-term

Qualifications

• 6+ years in MLOps or related production engineering roles.
• Experience owning ML systems in production (training, deployment, monitoring, retraining).
• Strong Python and SQL skills, including APIs, backend services, CI/CD, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Build and productionize predictive models, configurations, and scoring workflows with validation, monitoring, and rollback paths.
• Develop UI workflows for training triggers, model refreshes, validation results, and model health dashboards.
• Enhance model dashboards to communicate health, score changes, data quality, and production issues to internal users and customers.
• Create/modify APIs, backend services, data contracts, and orchestration workflows behind these experiences.
• Automate retraining, validation, promotion, and deployment for customer engagements.
