Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking an MLOps Automation Engineering Senior Lead to guide a team building and deploying MLOps automation for critical data-driven projects. You will streamline the data analytics and model development lifecycle, define the automation strategy, and collaborate across product, architecture, data engineering, and testing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 10+ years of automation engineering experience in strategy or leadership with data-centric products.
• 10+ years of experience with one or more programming languages and CI/CD tools, and development platforms such as AWS/Azure/Docker/Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Streamline data analytics and model development lifecycle by identifying pain points and enabling automation.
• Define and implement MLOps automation strategy and vision for future.
• Automate data pipelines, model builds, deployments, and unattended delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, data engineering and testing teams to automate build and release processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes across development, operations and security.
• Develop and improve automation to enable efficient, high-quality data and code delivery.
• Build automated tests and environment provisioning to support quality goals and responsive scaling.
• Monitor model performance in production and implement automated feedback mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and document designs for stakeholders.
• Promote automation across data management and analytics delivery teams.
