Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build large-scale ML solutions, including graph neural networks and ensemble models, accelerating PyTorch on NVIDIA GPU infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and drive architecture improvements while delivering scalable GPU-accelerated software and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years in ML or Master's/PhD with 3+ years.
• 3+ years PyTorch experience.
• 2+ years training enterprise-scale models on distributed infrastructure.
• 2+ years designing/operating efficient training and inference workflows on GPU infrastructure (profiling, scaling, orchestration, resources).
• Excellent C++ programming and software design skills.
• Proven experience developing, debugging, and optimizing high-performance GPU-accelerated applications (CUDA).
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation habits.

Responsibilities

• Develop accelerated, PyTorch-based solutions for large-scale ML models (GNNs, TFMs, ensembles) for GPU infrastructure.
• Support CUDA-X Libraries and integrations used in PyTorch-based workflows.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and scientists on innovative GNN models and GPU-accelerated implementations.
• Develop solutions to help customers adopt NVIDIA hardware and software; gather requirements from customers and Solutions Architects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers across the team.
• Identify opportunities to improve the codebase and reduce maintenance via re-architecture.
• Apply agentic coding tools to fix bugs, implement features, and refactor code.
• Solve complex technical issues, explain solutions clearly, coordinate across teams.
