Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related field.
• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ software engineering experience.
• Option 2: 5 years’ software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of scoped features and models through collaborative engineering teams, aligning with platform and system goals.
• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, efficient code across multiple languages, supporting full software lifecycle and CI/CD processes.
• Integrate AI/ML components and leverage generative AI tools to enhance software capabilities and development efficiency.
• Participate in solution design, conduct code reviews, and apply best practices for scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor application performance, support defect resolution, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor peers and contribute to knowledge sharing and engineering excellence.
