Senior Machine Learning Software Engineer

100% Remote (even after COVID)

Summary

You will be developing cutting-edge software solutions for various Client products, including hosting application workloads with HPC. You'll have the opportunity to be hands-on, doing full-stack development, while leading and mentoring less experienced engineers. We're looking for individuals passionate about AI, Client, and other emerging technologies, who aren't afraid to dive into the unknown to solve complex problems with scalable impact on our clients and the world.

• Launch enterprise-scale IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS products for Data Scientists and Client Engineers
• Utilize Lean Software Development concepts such as Agile and Scrum to deliver products efficiently
• Implement Test-Driven Development and Continuous Deployment to ensure high-quality standards
• Serve as a mentor and coach to other engineers, aiding their professional development
• Experiment with new technologies as needed to complete projects
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Skills we're seeking

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development
  • Experience with Python or NodeJS is preferred
• Experience with Client platforms like Horovod, Spark, DeepSpeed, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Passion for artificial intelligence, cloud, and emerging technologies

Nice to have experience

• Familiarity with HPC platforms such as OpenMPI, RDMA, and RoCE
• Experience with React or Angular (full-stack development opportunities, but not required)
• Experience with Airflow or other DevOps tools
