Qualifications

• Hands-on ML and data analysis for translational medicine.
• Fluent Python; experience with human biomedical data.
• Ability to state how a therapeutic is meant to work and evidentiary needs.
• Reading and judging trial design, endpoints, biomarkers, and enrichment.

Responsibilities

• Build systems that assess mechanistic support for a clinical program.
• Ground mechanism in human data using genetic, expression, and trial evidence.
• Evaluate trial design against mechanism and encode assessment for scale.
• Create evaluations with forecasted program progression using public data.
• Co-design with ML scientists and mechanism engineers; publish findings.
