Qualifications

• PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computational Genomics, Biostatistics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong Python and data-analysis depth with experience on high-dimensional biological data.
• Ability to reason about pathways and mechanisms step by step and encode into evaluations.
• Demonstrated ability to assess data support for claims and make reproducible judgments.
• Clear communication of methods, results, and limitations to technical and interdisciplinary audiences.

Responsibilities

• Encode mechanistic reasoning into systems and evaluation workflows.
• Analyze biological data and build pipelines turning measurements into model-ready evidence.
• Design experimental campaigns and close the loop with data.
• Build outcome-verifiable benchmarks and define evidence standards.
• Co-design with ML scientists and experimental teams to measure decision quality.
• Publish and present results to scientific, engineering, and therapeutic audiences.
