Netflix is seeking a founding member to build and lead a high‑performing ML/Analytics/Data team within Creative & Policy DSE. You will hire, mentor, and guide ML Scientists, Analytics Engineers, and Data Scientists while collaborating with product, engineering, and strategy to shape policy and creative understanding.

Responsibilities

• Hire, inspire, and grow Machine Learning Scientists, Analytics Engineers, and Data Scientists.
• Lead partnerships with stakeholders from across the business (product, engineering, insights, content, strategy).
• Foster an inclusive, innovative culture within the team and organization.
• Develop team charter and roadmap reflecting evolving business needs.
• Act as ambassador between Product, Engineering, Strategy and DSE with deep knowledge of the Ads product.
• Ensure high-quality, trustworthy technical outputs influencing the business.
