Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Analyst, Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or related role.
• Experience delivering real-time, customer-facing ML products.
• Understanding of data ecosystems, pipelines, and ML lifecycle concepts.
• Proficient in SQL and at least one analytical tool.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in agile environments.
• Ability to mentor teams and influence without direct authority.
• Navigate ambiguity and deliver results with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product requests and translate them into high-level requirements.
• Prepare detailed user stories and functional specifications.
• Identify product opportunities and inform go-to-market strategy through data analysis and domain understanding.
• Evaluate data availability, quality, and sourcing to inform solution design.
• Conduct cross-product orchestration analysis to inform cross-system solution design.
• Own and manage ML product roadmaps.
• Define and prioritize objectives with Product Management and stakeholders.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Drive quarterly and sprint-level delivery planning, prioritization, and sequencing.
• Oversee execution by monitoring delivery of features, stories, and tasks.
• Review and validate completed work against acceptance criteria and business intent.
• Represent the team in cross-team project meetings.
• Drive collaboration across teams for aligned delivery of business objectives.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders.
