Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to join the ML Platform Experience team, focused on building scalable ML infrastructure and agentic user experiences for foundational models.

You will work with Python primarily, contributing to model lineage, orchestration, data quality, and production-ready services. You will design and optimize ML infrastructure for large-scale workloads, develop fast inference systems, and collaborate with ML engineers to deploy cutting-edge models into production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of post-Bachelor’s software development experience or 5+ with a Master’s, 2+ with a PhD.
• Experience building large scale production machine learning systems or distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize infrastructure systems for ML workloads at scale.
• Build and enhance feature generation and serving pipelines for online inference and offline training data.
• Develop high-performance inference systems for fast and efficient model serving.
