Confido Health, Inc. in New York is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to help architect and build the core systems powering the Confido platform. You will lead major product and infrastructure initiatives—from AI-powered document ingestion to large-scale financial analytics systems.

This role combines deep technical ownership with product impact, working closely with engineering, product, and customers to turn complex operational workflows into scalable software.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience; 2+ in a staff-level role.
• Strong systems design and architecture experience.
• Proven ability to build and scale complex production systems.
• Strong product instincts and ability to translate workflows into software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of major platform and product systems.
• Architect scalable infrastructure for financial data processing and analytics.
• Build systems that ingest and process financial data across multiple sources.
• Develop AI-powered workflows for document ingestion and financial automation.
• Partner with product and leadership to shape technical strategy and roadmap.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the team.
