Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to build and maintain the ML platform infrastructure across cloud and on‑prem environments in the United States. You will enable data scientists and AI engineers to deploy models from research to production, shaping scalable and secure ML workflows.

You will work with AWS, SageMaker, Kubernetes, GPU orchestration, and MLOps, drive CI/CD for ML, and collaborate across security and infra teams to modernize legacy pipelines and adopt GenAI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable ML platform infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, EKS, SageMaker, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch) and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scalable ML platform projects and provide technical guidance on infrastructure and deployment strategies.
• Develop tooling to boost Data Scientists' productivity and streamline model deployment.
• Act as platform design authority, shaping best practices and standards for the ML platform team.
