Job summary

Everseen is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Belgrade, Minnesota, to lead the design and delivery of complex system features for the MLOps platform. You will own critical sub-systems while collaborating with AI Engineering and research teams to enhance product functions.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of experience in software engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with strong skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C++ and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills to build and operate robust services.
• Excellent understanding of engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own core sub-systems and business-critical features.
• Lead design of complex features and services.
• Collaborate with AI Engineering and Research teams.
• Drive improvements in CI/CD processes and release quality.
• Lead troubleshooting of complex production issues.

Skills

Programming proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript or C++

Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices

Excellent troubleshooting skills in Linux environments

Strong understanding of major cloud platforms

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills

Education
