Job summary

Cisco’s CX AI Foundations team builds the foundational AI platform powering intelligent customer experiences across Cisco. The senior technical leader will architect and deliver enterprise-scale AI services, drive model selection, inference optimization, and air-gapped deployments, and mentor senior engineers.

You will partner with product, security, and leadership to shape architectural roadmaps and governance.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 7+ years with a Master's.
• Experience in model development, training, evaluation, and adaptation.
• Production experience in foundational AI platform areas such as model serving and evaluation systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver enterprise-grade AI services powering platform capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end technical challenges from model selection to deployment.
• Mentor senior engineers and collaborate with product, security, and leadership.
