Job summary

Centric Software is seeking a Senior ML Ops Engineer to design, build, and run production ML platforms across AWS and Azure in a globally distributed setting. You will own deployment pipelines, improve software quality, and drive reliability in enterprise ML systems.

The role requires strong Python skills and experience with Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, and MLflow, plus a production-first mindset. You will mentor teams and collaborate across pre-sales through deployment for global customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software or ML engineering.
• 2+ years building and operating production ML/data systems.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines (IaC, AWS/Azure, CI/CD).
• Strong Python and data/ML platform experience (Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow).
• Production-first mindset with testing, observability, performance, and SLAs.
• Strong system design and communication skills.
• Experience in international, cross-functional organizations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate production-grade ML platforms and infrastructure across AWS and Azure in a globally distributed environment.
• Bridge the gap between research prototypes and production systems by improving software quality and deployment workflows.
• Contribute to architecture by identifying production risks and improving reliability and scalability.
• Improve engineering transparency with documentation and post-incident reviews.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices for technical excellence.
