Job summary

Paramount Pictures is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Operations Engineer to own the operational layer around personalization and recommendation ML systems. Models retrain and deploy daily on automated pipelines, and you will ensure trust, detect issues, and fix them quickly.

You will work within DevOps and partner with ML engineers to secure tooling, monitoring, and incident response. This role focuses on end-to-end ML systems, data quality, and proactive problem detection.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ML engineering with operational experience in monitoring and deployment.
• Experience building or operating ML model registries and monitoring systems.
• Understanding of end-to-end ML systems and data distributions.
• Strong SQL skills for data exploration and feature health analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with DevOps and Platform teams on infra needs.

Responsibilities

• Own model traceability and tooling adoption across production.
• Build end-to-end monitoring for data, features, and model metrics.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality and freshness.
• Detect drift and degraded performance; implement proactive alerts.
• Develop diagnostic tooling and incident response playbooks.
• Define post-deployment metrics with stakeholders.
