Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a systems-level engineer in Seattle to design, build, and optimize software that interfaces between accelerators and high-speed networks.

You will work on kernel-space and user-space networking, distributed systems, and low-level abstractions for collectives and RPC, with deep knowledge of TCP/IP, XDP, eBPF, DPDK, RDMA, and PCIe drivers. A strong systems programming background and interest in Rust are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proven experience with networking at scale and distributed systems.
• Strong programming skills in systems languages and familiarity with Rust is a plus.
