Qualifications

• 4+ years in ML/AI or related fields including model development.
• A proven track record in NLP and LLM technologies.
• Strong Python programming and ML framework experience.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and scalable AI systems.
• Demonstrated leadership of technical teams and mentoring.
• Advanced English communication skills for collaboration.
• Comfort with remote/hybrid work and flexible scheduling.
