Job summary

Unity Technologies seeks a Machine Learning Engineer for its ML Engineering Infrastructure team. You will build the platform behind product intelligence, training data pipelines, and model serving, operating at scale across batch and streaming data.

Qualifications

• Experience building ML infrastructure or distributed systems in production.
• Strong Python and data-intensive workloads experience.
• Hands-on with ML frameworks and distributed compute.
• Experience with data pipelines and model training workflows.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and work across stack layers.
• Clear communication and collaborative approach.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data and feature pipelines for training datasets.
• Develop infrastructure for distributed training workflows.
• Build multi-stage ML pipelines using workflow orchestration tools.
• Contribute to model serving and deployment infrastructure.
• Improve reproducibility and reliability via monitoring and testing.
• Deliver end-to-end projects with manager guidance.
• Investigate issues across pipelines and derive improvements.
• Balance hands-on work with platform-level direction.
• Partner with ML engineers, researchers, and teams; share progress.
