Job summary

Unity is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to help build the platform behind product intelligence, production ML models, and the teams that develop them. You’ll work across the ML infrastructure stack, from data pipelines to distributed training, orchestration, serving, and observability, delivering end-to-end projects.

The role requires strong Python skills, PyTorch, and experience with distributed compute and data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Proficient Python and ML infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on with ML frameworks (PyTorch) and distributed compute (Ray, Spark).
• Experience with data pipelines, training workflows, or large datasets.
• Able to learn new tools quickly and communicate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data and feature pipelines for ML models and experiments.
• Develop infrastructure for distributed training workflows.
• Operate multi-stage ML pipelines using orchestration tools.
• Support model serving and deployment infrastructure for production use.
• Improve reproducibility and reliability with monitoring and testing.
• Deliver end-to-end projects with ownership from design to rollout.
