This role focuses on defining production voice and chat agent pipelines, working at the intersection of LLM agent frameworks, real-time voice technology, and streaming infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Shipped production AI agents in voice and/or text channels.
• Experience with LLM agent frameworks and orchestration.
• Strong Python and asynchronous programming skills.
• Experience with real-time streaming and telephony stacks.
• Ability to lead a small team and collaborate with product/design.

Responsibilities

• Ship Voice & Text Agents: architect and deploy real-time multi-turn agents.
• Balance reasoning depth and latency across models and routing strategies.
• Lead a pod of ML and platform engineers; improve agent evaluation and observability.
• Define KPIs and validation harnesses for agent quality with product teams.
• Drive short-path optimization for voice latency and cost.
