Job summary

SpaceXSI in California is seeking a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer, Recommendation Systems, to design and optimize large-scale recommender engines that serve hundreds of millions of users.

You will build data pipelines, train models, and run experiments across the existing AI stacks (Grok, Colossus) to improve content relevance and user experience.

Applicants should have hands-on DL experience, CUDA, and experience with Kafka/Spark, and a track record of deploying scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementing recommender systems and/or deep learning applications at industrial scale

Responsibilities

• Design and architect recommendation algorithms across product surfaces
• Leverage SpaceXSI infra and AI stacks to enhance user experience
• Write data pipelines and training jobs that learn from product data
• Iterate and improve algorithms by gathering user feedback in real time
• Ensure scalability and efficiency of ML systems
