The Briefed is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in California to own end-to-end retrieval, ranking, and recommendation models for our virtual economy. You will optimize architectures for multi-GPU training, implement pricing policies, and run rigorous online experiments to scale and sustain platform performance.

Competenze

• 3+ years of industry experience building, shipping, and scaling recommendation, search, ranking, or pricing systems.
• Deep hands-on proficiency with modern recommender architectures and multi-GPU training.
• Proven track record translating data requirements into production-ready ML services.
• Ability to reason quantitatively about model impact on LTV, retention, and revenue.
• Experience designing online experiments and evaluating model trade-offs.

• Design, train, and deploy modern retrieval, ranking, and sequential recommendation models.
• Optimize architectures for compute efficiency, latency, and multi-GPU distributed training.
• Own the ML lifecycle from data exploration to production deployment on Roblox's ML platform.
