Job summary

Cboe Global Markets is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Regulatory to help monitor and regulate markets through ML models and scalable data pipelines. You’ll prototype, train, and deploy AI solutions that handle terabytes of data daily in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Ideal candidates bring production ML experience with time-series data, strong Python/SQL, and solid software engineering practices (CI/CD, Docker) within an enterprise cloud data platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• Production ML experience with time-series / sequential data.
• Deep learning applied to temporal problems and model deployment.
• Strong data-reasoning to decide what data goes into models.
• Solid SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• 5+ years of Python software engineering with CI/CD and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on ML experiments across order book analysis and detection.
• Develop and operate AI agent systems in production.
• Own the ML training and deployment infra on Snowflake.
• Build production pipelines for terabytes of data daily.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure robust code reviews.
• Develop production-grade, test-driven Python code.
• Ensure explainability and compliance in AI/ML processes.
• Track ML model performance across training, validation, inference.
• Work in on-premises and cloud environments; collaborate with teams.
• Produce documentation including proposals and testing scenarios.
• Communicate technical内容 clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
