Job summary

Tech Mirrors in Dallas, TX invites applications for a Sr. Engineer – Machine Learning to drive enterprise ML projects from requirements to deployment.

You will collaborate with leaders, analysts, PMs, IT architects, and other engineers to build AI solutions aligned with business needs. You will maintain and enhance services using domain-driven design and test-driven development, troubleshoot complex issues, and create precise specs and estimates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 7 to 9+ years of SDLC experience designing large-scale ML applications.
• 2+ years of professional/design/open-source experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and engineers to understand requirements for AI solutions.
• Maintain and enhance enterprise services and platforms using domain-driven design.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues; implement solutions.
• Create detailed project specifications, requirements, and estimates.
• Research and implement new AI technologies to enhance processes.
• Work with data scientists and product teams to deploy ML models.
• Implement and optimize Python-based ML pipelines for data preprocessing, training, and deployment.
• Monitor model performance and bias explainability; ensure scalable production models.
• Write and maintain code for model training and deployment; integrate into applications.
