Job summary

Paramount Streaming, a division within Paramount Global, is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the PlutoTV pod. Your North Star is personalizing the Linear/FAST experience, focusing on channel presentation, scheduling, and guide personalization.

You will lead the design of complex scheduling and ranking features in our GCP-based stack, using TensorFlow and PyTorch to predict what a user wants to watch now versus what they might want to watch in an hour, bridging traditional TV

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency in TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Direct experience with FAST apps or linear TV scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement channel personalization models for PlutoTV EPG.
• Design scheduling optimization and ranking features for live content.
• Deliver production-ready code in TensorFlow and PyTorch on GCP.
• Mitigate risks in real-time data streams and scheduling.
• Mentor junior engineers on Linear TV data and FAST metrics.
