Job summary

Artera is an AI company focused on cancer care. We seek an experienced machine learning engineer to own AI biomarker development end to end, from problem framing with clinical partners to production deployment, across multicenter data and regulatory environments.

You will lead the technical effort, define strategy for patient-facing products, and advance self-supervised foundation models while ensuring reproducibility and clinical interpretability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience building deep learning systems in PyTorch (or TensorFlow).
• 2+ years of experience as a technical lead, launching and monitoring ML products in production.

Responsibilities

• Own AI biomarker development end to end from framing with clinical partners to production deployment.
• Lead the technical effort and define the strategic vision for patient-facing products.
• Architect tools and processes for end-to-end model development lifecycle with regulatory compliance.
