• Master’s degree in ML, CS, statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional ML engineering or related software experience.
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models into production.
• Strong NLP knowledge and modern LLM architectures.
• Experience with information extraction, text generation, AI agents, or search.
• Advanced Python with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience developing or fine‑tuning language models for specialized domains.
• Ability to translate business problems into ML solutions and communicate trade‑offs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, train, and deploy ML/LLM models for document intelligence tasks.
• Develop production solutions for information extraction, text generation, AI agents, search.
• Build scalable ML pipelines for training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
