Job summary

Phillips 66 is seeking an Advisor III, Machine Learning Engineering (Data & MLOps) to own the end-to-end delivery of production‑grade AI solutions, from design through deployment and operation. This role collaborates with business leaders, data professionals, software engineers, and other technology teams to translate complex requirements into scalable ML products.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physical Sciences, or a related field.
• Three or more years of relevant experience in data engineering, analytics, data science, software development, or machine learning, including the ability to work independently on complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of ML models, algorithms, and AI-enabled products from design to deployment and improvement.
• Ensure data preparation, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Apply ML, predictive analytics, and statistical methods to drive business insights and efficiency.
• Develop scalable data and ML pipelines for production systems and applications.
• Design and implement data processing and modeling solutions using modern cloud and open-source tech.
• Lead cross-functional delivery of ML solutions with accountability for outcomes and lifecycle management.
