• Drive the full cycle of medical imaging analysis software development from R&D concepts into robust medical device products.
• Design, prototype, and implement advanced medical imaging and ML algorithms for lung structure segmentation, registration, localization, and analysis.
• Apply state-of-the-art architectures (nnU-Net, ViTs, DINO, Diffusion models, VLMs) to clinical data and optimize for production deployment.
• Architect and deploy model pipelines in high-performance C++ environments with quantization and hardware acceleration.
• Collaborate with clinical and engineering teams and generate design documentation and patents.
