The role involves solving challenging NLP problems, collaborating with ML engineers, legal experts, product teams, and security partners.

The position supports remote within the United States or a hybrid arrangement from the New York City office, with responsibilities spanning information extraction, text generation, and document

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional ML engineering or related software experience.
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models to production and ability to explain contributions.
• Strong practical ML/NLP experience and modern LLM architectures.
• Experience with information extraction, text generation, or search.
• Advanced Python and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Experience evaluating models and translating product problems into ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, train, and deploy ML/LLM models for NLP tasks.
• Develop production solutions for information extraction, text generation, and document analysis.
• Build scalable ML pipelines for training, evaluation, deployment.
• Create model evaluation frameworks to assess quality, drift, and bias.
• Optimize performance and resources via feature engineering and tuning.
• Translate business problems into scalable ML solutions for production.
