Job summary

Adobe is seeking a highly accomplished Machine Learning Engineer to join the Search, Discovery & Content AI (SDC) team. This pivotal role drives innovation across Adobe's Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Adobe Express platforms.

You will design end-to-end ML systems, optimize GPU-accelerated models, and build scalable pipelines while collaborating with architects, product management, and engineering teams to deliver robust AI solutions.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Deep understanding of generative AI, deep learning, CV and recommender systems with proven applications.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, Hugging Face, PyTorch, PyTorch Lightning.
• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure; Docker and containerization proficiency.
• Programming in Python, C++, Java, or Rust.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop end-to-end machine learning systems with innovative architectures.
• Develop and deploy GPU-optimized modeling algorithms for large-scale data.
• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines throughout production.
• Collaborate with architects, product management and engineering to translate requirements into solutions.
• Design runtimes and libraries for emerging ML tech and document design decisions.
