Job summary

Incedo Inc. is a high-growth Digital, Data and AI Transformation specialist seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer in Cincinnati, OH (3 days onsite).

You will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade ML and Generative AI solutions with a strong bias for action and ownership. The role emphasizes responsible AI, model risk governance, and end-to-end lifecycle management from experimentation to production, including CI/CD and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing, developing, and deploying machine learning solutions in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and modern AI frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, model lifecycle management, monitoring, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable ML and Generative AI solutions with reliability and business value.
• Champion an automation-first approach to software and AI engineering to improve operational efficiency.
• Build and operationalize ML models and AI-enabled applications from experimentation to production.
• Develop Generative AI applications in production, preferably in regulated industries.
• Apply Responsible AI principles, ensuring fairness, explainability, privacy, security, and compliance.
• Conduct model risk evaluations and coordinate governance and validation activities.
• Establish frameworks for MLOps, lifecycle management, monitoring, and auditability.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Security to meet enterprise standards.
• Implement CI/CD, automated testing, model monitoring, and production support processes.
• Mentor team members on ML engineering, MLOps, and production AI systems.
