Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ML engineering experience.
• Master's or PhD in CS/EE/Math.
• Experience as ML modeler/scientist with ML and DL frameworks.
• Familiar with multi-modal data and large models.
• Strong software engineering skills and scalable code.

Responsibilities

• Algorithm development: prompts, responses and CoT signals.
• Model evaluation with balanced eval-sets and error analysis.
• Ablation experiments to test data augmentation and hyper-parameters.
• Data processing and filtering of large data sources.
