Talener is seeking a product-focused Machine Learning Engineer to join a life sciences technology group delivering AI-powered solutions for drug discovery. You will work across the full ML lifecycle from data prep to deployment, collaborating with software engineers, scientists, and product teams to translate research into reliable, scalable ML services.

You will design and optimize models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, build scalable pipelines, and deploy containerized ML services in cloud

Qualifications

5+ years of experience building and delivering ML solutions in production.
Strong proficiency in Python development.
Deep experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
Experience translating complex ML problems into measurable business outcomes.

Responsabilités

Design, build, and deploy ML models for scientific discovery and predictive analytics.
Develop solutions involving graph neural networks, transfer learning, and molecular prediction models.
Create scalable training, evaluation, and model selection pipelines.
Curate and improve large scientific datasets ensuring data quality and reproducibility.
Partner with engineering teams to deploy containerized ML services in cloud environments.
Research and evaluate emerging ML approaches for platform integration.
