Job summary

Latent is hiring a Senior / Staff Machine Learning Engineer to own production ML systems for clinical workflows. You will design, develop, and deploy LLM-based solutions that support clinical reasoning and evidence-grounded generation, with emphasis on safety and monitoring.

Expect ownership of data pipelines, model evaluation, and production infrastructure. You will train and fine-tune language models, balancing accuracy, latency, and cost while collaborating with clinicians to ensure clinical

Qualifications

• Experience with PyTorch and related ML tooling.
• Proven track record in building production ML systems.
