Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Machine Learning Engineer to lead ML model design, development, and production deployment. You will work with Product and Data Science teams to build scalable, multi-tenant ML platforms and data pipelines at Capital One.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, ML or related field.
6+ years of programming in Python, Java, Golang, or C++.
6+ years of ML experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
6+ years operating large-scale distributed systems (Spark, Ray) for AI/ML data.
4+ years deploying and operating ML solutions in production in the cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and using Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deliver ML models and components with cross-functional teams.
Scale multi-tenant platforms for training and serving ML models at production scale.
Inform ML infrastructure decisions with modeling techniques and data considerations.
Write, test, and deploy production ML code and automated tests.
Collaborate in an Agile team to build state-of-the-art big data and ML applications.
Retrain, monitor, and maintain models in production.
Leverage cloud architectures to optimize ML models at scale.
Construct data pipelines feeding ML models.
