Reddit is hiring Machine Learning Engineers (IC4) to build and evolve the auction, bidding and budgeting systems powering Reddit Ads. You will design optimization algorithms, own end-to-end systems and collaborate across Ads Optimization, Product, Data Science and Infra.

This senior role requires 3–5+ years in production ML, strong Python/Java/Go skills, and experience with Spark, Kafka, Airflow and BigQuery to deliver measurable improvements in a production ML setting.
