Job summary

TWG AI, a data-driven innovator, seeks a seasoned data/ML pipeline engineer to own hardened batch pipelines, model governance, and external data integrations in a regulated setting.

You will advance MLOps tooling, enforce reproducible deployments, and ensure audit-ready records across estates, while collaborating with management and compliance.

This onsite role offers a base pay of $190,000–$290,000 plus a bonus and comprehensive benefits, with offices in New York or Santa Monica.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data / ML pipeline engineering.
• Hands-on MLOps: registries, versioning, lineage, reproducible deployment.
• Experience building third-party API and data integrations.
• Production AWS experience; governance/audit exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hardening and maintaining batch pipelines and feature infrastructure.
• Model governance: versioning, lineage, reproducibility, audit-ready records.
• Managing external data feeds and KYC/identity, market, and DeFi data sources.
• Maintaining and evolving MLOps tooling for consistency and reversibility.
• Ensuring audit readiness in collaboration with data science and compliance.
