Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for the role.
• 8+ years designing data-intensive solutions with distributed computing.
• 4+ years programming in Python, Scala, or Java.
• 3+ years building, scaling, and optimizing ML systems.
• 2+ years leading teams developing ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver ML models and components with Product and Data Science teams.
• Inform ML infrastructure decisions including data, features, and model selection.
• Write and test production-grade code, train models, and automate tests and deployment.
• Collaborate in an Agile team to enable big data and ML applications.
• Retrain, monitor, and maintain models in production.
• Build cloud-based architectures to deliver scalable ML models.
• Create optimized data pipelines feeding ML models.
• Apply CI/CD, test automation, and monitoring for successful deployments.
• Ensure code quality and governance, with responsible AI best practices.
• Use Python, Scala, or Java in development.
