Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking an experienced Principle Data Scientist in Atlanta to advance its analytics capabilities. You will drive end-to-end ML/AI initiatives, translate business needs into data-driven solutions, and collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams globally.

You will work with large-scale data, mentor junior data scientists, and communicate results to executives. A strong Azure analytics background and 8+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience applying statistical, modeling, and mathematical optimization techniques including hypothesis testing, dimensionality reduction, MIP, supervised learning, Bayesian modeling, forecasting, and clustering.
• Proficient experience with Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with large-scale data wrangling and relational databases and/or Spark.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams on end-to-end data science solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure analytics stack (Cosmos DB, Azure Synapse, Azure ML, Databricks).
• Ability to communicate complex analytics to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into ML/AI solutions.
• Develop end-to-end analytics models and productionize them with CI/CD practices.
• Mentor junior data scientists and maintain technical documentation.
• Present insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
