Job summary

Openkrill is seeking a senior AI/ML leader to design and deploy enterprise AI agents, GenAI solutions, and scalable ML pipelines. You will integrate with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Teams, and Azure OpenAI/Foundry, applying best practices in ML lifecycle and MLOps across deployments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Data Science teams, documentation, and client presentations to drive innovative AI solutions within a diverse, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6+ years of hands-on enterprise AI agent development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Topics, triggers, variables, routing, fallback handling, Generative Answers, RAG, and knowledge grounding.
• Experience integrating with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI/Foundry models.
• Experience with citations, metadata-based retrieval, multilingual handling, prompt design, and troubleshooting agent.
• Understanding of Power Platform ALM, Azure services, security, environments, and DEV/UAT/PROD deployments would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Science teams to implement ML models into production.
• Design, deliver GenAI solutions and practical AI automation at scale.
• Develop and manage industrialized processing pipelines for ML workflows.
• Define best practices for ML models lifecycle, MLOps/LLMOps.
• Present solutions and results to clients; create technical documentation.
