Job summary

Keysight Laboratories seeks a PhD-level IC design engineer to develop high-speed mixed-signal data converters in GHz applications. You will implement core ADC/DAC structures and streaming I/O paths, collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance state-of-the-art analog/mixed-signal ICs.

Responsibilities include transistor-level design, physical design, and thorough documentation of results, with strong emphasis on cross-team communication and problem solving in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical Engineering or MS with substantial IC design experience.
• Experience designing high-speed analog and mixed-signal CMOS/BiCMOS circuits.
• Strong documentation and communication skills; able to work in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom mixed-signal data converter solutions for GHz applications.
• Implement core ADC/DAC structures and streaming I/O data paths.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver high-performance ICs.
• Document results and present findings to peers.
