Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple Mission Systems Projects for the INSCOM GILE Program. You will manage cost, schedule, and quality across a portfolio, mentor managers and technical leads, and coordinate with government customers.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, a technical or engineering bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience, PMP certification, and strong DoD knowledge. Travel up to 25% locally to support program success.

• Bachelor Degree in Technical, Engineering or Military Discipline with 10 years of experience.
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).
• Exceptional understanding of Contract Fiscal and Business Management practices.
• Exceptional Understanding of Contract Cost and Pricing Principles based on Requirements.
• Exceptional leadership and decision-making ability to lead multi-functional teams.
• Skilled in providing strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to customers, program and project team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cost, schedule and quality of a portfolio of projects as part of the PMO.
• Lead and develop managers and technical leads across the portfolio.
• Provide planning, organizing, and oversight for successful completion of project and program goals.
• Ensure all projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Interface with program leadership, subcontractors, and support personnel.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate operations of mission system functions across the program.
• Develop a cohesive strategy to manage Mission Systems across the GILE Program.
• Independently update Government Customers on Cost, schedule, quality and risk.
