Job summary

Singularity Defense Corp. is seeking a Senior Mission Systems Software Engineer (C2) to design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance mission-critical software for Linux-based embedded platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong Modern C++ (23) experience.
• Solid CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, concurrency, memory management, networking, debugging.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Experience with embedded/edge computing and hardware-adjacent software.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and maintain high-quality modern C++ software for mission systems.
• Contribute to fire control, ground systems, and flight software efforts.
• Refactor and improve existing software architecture for reliability and testability.
• Work with Linux-based embedded/edge compute platforms.
• Interface with sensors, hardware, and embedded compute.
