Qualifications

• 15+ years Program Management and/or technical leadership experience on software-intensive engineering projects, preferably in Aerospace.
• Demonstrable experience leading software engineering programs/teams.
• Understanding of DoD and command and control, mission planning, and common system development techniques.

Responsibilities

• Own Profit & Loss for our Mission Planning portfolio.
• Manage and execute across all program functions to ensure timely project delivery.
• Lead the creation and management of contract management frameworks.
