Job summary

Leidos’ Mission Operations Area in the Digital Sector seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the CESO Task Order for the SETI contract. You will guide a high‑tempo, top secret enterprise operations team and coordinate with DISA and mission partners to ensure secure information capabilities are delivered reliably.

The role requires strong communication, governance of cost, schedule and performance, and a track record of growth and margin improvement in a national security environment.

Qualifications

• Active DOD TS/SCI clearance required or ability to obtain.
• 8+ years of relevant experience; Masters degree with 6+ years acceptable.
• Proven leadership of operational teams ensuring mission availability.
• Ability to obtain AWS Practitioner certification within 120 days.
• Experience communicating with senior leadership and managing programs.
• Proven track record in growth and margin improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sustained CESO mission capabilities and delivery of best practices.
• Deliver on DISA commitments ensuring high availability of CESO operations.
• Lead the team delivering a range of services to DISA and partners.
• Directly communicate critical program information to SETI leadership.
• Serve as primary client contact and align priorities with customer guidance.
• Collaborate with other SETI TO Managers for synergy and efficiency.
• Deliver program components (cost, schedule, performance) for task orders.
• Monitor and drive profitability against annual plan commitments.
