Job summary

Themis Insight, LLC in Fort Meade, MD seeks a Principal Systems Engineer (Mission Management) to support a cryptologic dissemination customer in modernizing adjudication workflows. You will learn data flows between systems and how data is transformed to verify controls meet policy and oversight requirements.

Responsibilities include defining efficient requestor adjudication paths, reviewing obligations, and creating artifacts to guide adjudicators. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/engineering or related field with 20+ years of systems engineering experience.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience with process engineering or Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Compile and review dissemination obligations from law and policy opinions.
• Define processes for determining whether proposals are prohibited, allowed, or adjudicated.
• Create artifacts to aid requestors and adjudicators in performing duties.
