Job summary

MANTECH in Patuxent River, MD is seeking a Senior Mission Integration Engineer to join our on-site team. You will bridge high-level naval concepts with system-of-systems requirements, leading cross-functional MBSE-driven efforts and coordinating with Navy stakeholders to shape integrated baselines.

The role demands 15+ years of naval aviation experience, a current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and a proven ability to orchestrate warfighting concepts, kill chains, and mission threads

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related science field.
15+ years of Naval Aviation/mission-area analysis experience.

Responsibilities

Lead technical analysis and support for NCIP IPTs.
Break down UJTL/UNTL into mission threads, kill chains, and target-pairings.
Lead national-level technical meetings with SMEs across warfighter, acquisition, budget, and intel communities.
Develop CONEMPs, kill chain assessments, gap assessments, and DRMs for NAVAIR decisions.
Coordinate with senior OPNAV/NAVAIR reps to synthesize mission baselines across time epochs.
Capture mission architectures using MBSE and guide teams in digital modeling.
