Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in estimating, design, and/or management of HVAC projects from $20 million to $500+ million.
• Ability to operate independently to facilitate goals outlined by supervisor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects in the $80-$500 million range.
• Develop client relationships at all levels of the project.
• Lead project management functions from preconstruction to successful job completion.
